SHIPPING INFORMATION.

UK MAINLAND SHIPPING

All orders within the UK Mainland that are less than £30 have a standard delivery charge of £3.50 inc. VAT. Orders £30.00 and over are eligible for free shipping (2-3 delivery service)

Next day delivery is available for a £4.50 fee. Orders need to be placed by midday to ensure next day delivery.

UK NON-MAINLAND SHIPPING

All orders in UK Non-mainland (Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland) have a standard delivery charge of £5.50 inc. VAT (2-5 delivery service)

EU SHIPPING

We do not currently ship to countries in Europe.

SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING

When you first sign up to our beer subscription you’ll receive your order within 2-3 days. Your debit/credit card will be automatically charged on the same day each week (depending on the order frequency you have chosen).

Subscriptions are available within the UK only.

ORDER TRACKING

If you provide us with your mobile number at the checkout you will receive a text from our courier service that will notify you of a tracking number, delivery time and an option to reschedule the delivery if required.

BREAKAGES

Your beer has been on a journey to get to you! Accidents do happen so if your order has been damaged during delivery please contact us as soon as possible.

RETURNS

If you change your mind within 14 days we will refund you the price you paid for the product, excluding the cost of delivery, by the method you used for payment. Your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you. Please contact us to organise your return.
