Find Out What We've Been Up To This Summer
The UNLTD. team racked up some miles in June, and we thought we'd share a few snippets of what we've been up to. From boot camps and festivals to podcasts and networking, here's the full lowdown on a busy start to summer.
The Podcast Files
Johnny kicked off a packed June calendar by swapping pub tables for podcasts. He was honoured to be the first guest on a brand new series hosted by presenter and entrepreneur Will Richards.
'The Dash' explores the defining years of the guest's lives, which Will has endearingly nicknamed The Dash. He came up with the idea when he heard the following poem at a close friend's funeral:
“I read of a man who stood to speak
At the funeral of a friend
He referred to the dates on the tombstone
From the beginning….to the end.
He noted that first came the date of birth
And spoke the following date with tears,
But he said what mattered most of all
Was the dash between those years.
For that dash represents all the time
That they spent alive on earth
And now only those who loved them
Know what that little line is worth.
For it matters not, how much we own -
The cars, the house, the cash.
What matters is how we live and love
And how we spend our dash. "
Johnny and Will covered a lot of ground in the podcast's inaugural episode. They spoke at length about how UNLTD. all started (those raucous wedding celebrations), losing loved ones, embracing grief, and how switching alcohol for a healthy tipple can help fuel this mad dash we call life.
Although Will had already tried our award-winning lager and IPA, Johnny brought a couple of bottles along to toast the launch.

UNLTD. Turns 4!
On June 1, the UNLTD. crew celebrated another huge milestone – our 4th birthday! Can you believe it? Four whole years since the launch of our first batch of lager, which sold out in just two weeks.
It has been a wild ride with plenty of truly special memories made along the way, and we can't thank you, our extended UNLTD. family, enough for supporting us throughout.
We celebrated in the best way we know how – lunch with one of our amazing stockists, Windsor Castle. Cheers to more beers, and the next four years!
Working Up A Sweat
Beer and exercise aren't the most natural combination in the world, but that's where we're different. Our low-calorie, vitamin-enriched beer takes the guilt away from getting one down you.
With that in mind, on June 13 we sponsored the Essex Boot Camp and rewarded every brave soul with an ice-cold beer at the finish line.
They practically snatched the beers out of our hands, and after running, crawling, and pushing their way through a tough-mudder-style circuit, who can blame them?
Clinking Into Festival Season
We celebrated the arrival of festival season by pitching up at McMullen’s Beer and Music Festival in Hertfordshire on June 15. Our team had a great evening handing out free samples of UNLTD. IPA and keeping the vibes flowing.
With the beer sorted, Connor Walker, The Avengers, Allergy, and Fidel provided the soundtrack to the proceedings. To top it off, an incredible £5,236 was raised over the weekend, which also featured Father's Day Brewery tours.
All the money raised will support the life-changing work carried out by Isabel Hospice, which provides free palliative care and support for patients and their families across Hertfordshire.
Don't forget, you can find our beers at your McMullen's local.
Low & No For The Win
On June 5 Johnny and Antonia went along to the Kam Low & No event to learn more about how we Brits are 'drinking differently', or in other words, getting aboard the feel-good train and unlocking the UNLTD. lifestyle!
We handed out some free samples to hospitality operators and industry influencers as well as attended the insightful talks they had running throughout the day.
The Opply Run
Johnny and Antonia were back on the road as they attended Opply's first Purple Brick Road event on mastering a funding round.
Inspiring food and beverage founders weren't in short supply, and they enjoyed some insightful advice from industry experts such as JamJar Investments, Foxe Capital, and Index Ventures.
Touch, Pause, Engage!
The Euros might have left us all a little heartbroken, but there was plenty more sport taking place throughout June, and we were at the heart of it.
We showed our support for our local rugby team, Sharks Rugby, by sponsoring the club's 11th annual summer tournament.
Johnny brought the girls along to hand out UNLTD. beers to players and supporters, because after all, there are few better combinations than rugby and lager.
Another Day, Another Festival
If you thought we would miss the first-ever DryyFest, then you were very much mistaken. We packed up the UNLTD. wagon with as much beer as we could carry and headed down to Somerset on June 22 for a day of booze-free celebrations.
Hosted by Matt Pink and sponsored by yours truly, the festival is all about bringing the alcohol-free community together to raise a toast to what life is like on the fun side of the island.
Sobriety doesn't have to be boring or tasteless and we're on a mission to prove that, one bottle of beer at a time.
We've got plenty more in the pipeline this Summer, and you can keep up with our movements by following the UNLTD. socials. We can't promise sunshine, but we can guarantee delicious, guilt-free beer.
