As you'll see from our ingredients list, we use Barley and Wheat to brew our beer but in the final product there is less than 20 parts per million of gluten, which is a safe level for all people following a gluten free diet.
Research shows that this tiny amount of gluten is not toxic to people with coeliac disease and they can eat or drink unlimited amounts of products with gluten at a level of 20 parts per million or less.

Both of our beers are 0.5% ABV which is classified as 'Alcohol Free'.
Many other foods items contain more trace amounts of alcohol like over-ripe bananas or fresh orange juice.
Consuming beer with a 0.5% alcohol content will not increase your blood alcohol content, making it safe to drive afterwards.
In accordance with European guidelines, beverages containing 0.5% alcohol are classified as alcohol-free. Surprisingly, everyday items like bananas or rye bread also contain similar amounts of alcohol. However, we recommend consulting your doctor if you have any concerns before consuming non-alcoholic beer while pregnant.
